Park live is one of the main music festivals in Russia. It has been held in Moscow every summer since 2013 and has a reputation of a signature international event. World famous musicians perform at its stage.
During the five years of the festival, giant stars such as Muse, System of a Down, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Prodigy, The Killers, Deftones and Limp Bizkit performed here, gathering hundreds of thousands of spectators for their sets. Since 2015, the festival has been held on the banks of the Moskva River, in Gorky Park — the most famous and picturesque park of the Russian capital.
In 2018, Park live offers an extremely rich program. The festival will be held for three days in a row, and each day will become a holiday for music fans. On July 27, the festival headliner and the most famous contemporary DJ David Guetta (France) will host a fantastic show with his new tracks right after sunset. The lineup includes house duo Sofi Tukker from New York and Ukrainian musician Ivan Dorn.
Next day, July 28, the famous virtual band Gorillaz will play the most anticipated set: they will present their new album The Now Now. The performances of Scandinavian musicians also sound promising: Icelandic blues will be performed by the band Kaleo, and Sweden will be represented with the synthpop group Little Dragon and the singer Tove Lo with their exquisite grim grunge.
Bristol's fathers of trip hop Massive Attack will headline on July 29. Another trip hop pioneer Tricky will perform besides them. The British maestro of downtempo Bonobo will play before Massive Attack. Scottish rappers Young Fathers will continue the British program, and EIMIC will introduce the audience to Russian indie music.
